Other Related sites to explore

Our group is composed of those with differing views. We don't have to agree on everything, and we often don't, but we all share a love for democracy. With that in mind, if you are looking for other opportunities to engage, check out some of the sites listed below.

FYI, many of these are not necessarily non-partisan, and we want you know that we are not taking a position by listing these sites. We have just found that some of their values align with ours, and we all have in our own way been fighting for the preservation of our democracy.

The logos below are links to take you to these sites so you can explore what they are doing and potentially find other opportunities where you can make a difference.

Coalition Facebook Page

This is a space for people interested in preserving democracy to connect and engage. While our webpage is geared towards coordinating the efforts of people so their impact is multiplied, this is a space where all related topics are on the table.

Visibility Brigade! - ABOUT US

The Visibility Brigade movement was born in 2020 on an overpass in Paramus, NJ out of a frustration due to the lack of physical messaging in the real world about the existential crisis that we face as a nation. There are now hundreds of Visibility Brigade groups across the country with new ones forming every day! You’ll find our nonviolent, pro-democracy messages posted on overpasses, chalked on sidewalks, on the sides of our Be Brave Parade caravans and all other public spaces!

The Visibility Brigade - OmahaMetro has a facebook page you can check for local events.  Otherwise, go to the national site to see what might be happening near you. If there is not yet a group, I bet they would love some volunteers!

Indivsible NE - Mission Statement

Indivisible Nebraska is a non-partisan platform dedicated to fostering community engagement and advancing progressive change in Nebraska and beyond. We advocate for people-first policies and emphasize the importance of democracy preservation by encouraging individual participation through initiatives like 5 Calls and collective action to hold those in power accountable.

Bold text saying 'MOVE ON' with a blue and white background.

MoveOn is where millions mobilize for a better society.

Whether it’s supporting a candidate, passing legislation, or changing our culture, MoveOn members are committed to an inclusive and progressive future. We envision a world marked by equality, sustainability, justice, and love. And we mobilize together to achieve it.

MoveOn members are a force for social justice and political progress. We come from all 50 states and all walks of life. Together, we are at once large and nimble, targeting our resources purposefully, yet pivoting quickly as we identify new opportunities for change and mobilize to seize them.

A lawn sign for Blue Dots United with a large blue dot and tagline about connecting blue dots.

Blue Dots United - Connecting Blue Dots Everywhere!

Blue Dots United, (founded as Blue Dot Nebraska) originally focused on "one Blue Dot" Nebraska's second congressional district, (CD-2). The group has since grown it's focus to "Blue Dots Everywhere"! Large cities, small towns, urban, rural... every left leaning individual is a Blue Dot... and we are uniting!

This grassroots movement started with a single Blue Dot yard sign in Omaha NE. It quickly grew to over 20,000 Blue Dot signs across America representing a shared vision for upholding democracy.

Logo with '5 Calls' text in blue and a red star.

5 Calls - The team making advocacy accessible.

5 Calls makes it easy for you to reach your members of Congress and make your voice heard, supporting community engagement and democracy preservation. They research issues, write scripts that clearly articulate a progressive position, identify the most influential decision-makers, and collect phone numbers for their offices. This non-partisan platform empowers you to take action. All you have to do is call, just like Indivisible encourages.

Bold text reading 'CITIZENS' IMPEACHMENT' in purple and black.

About Citizens’ Impeachment

Citizens’ Impeachment is a non-partisan platform that connects American citizens with a single goal: to encourage the U.S. Congress to impeach Donald Trump, convict him, and remove him from power.

In addition to empowering citizens through community engagement, we provide resources and support to the offices on Capitol Hill that are ready to stand up for our democracy preservation and advocate for Donald Trump's removal from power. Every action we take is designed around one central question: “How will this move members of the United States Congress to support Donald Trump’s removal from office?” We also encourage our supporters to make 5 Calls to amplify our efforts.
